76 Joint Election Posts to Be Established in E. Jakarta

As many as 76 joint election posts to be established in East Jakarta in order to secure the 2024 Election. As planned before, the posts will be established from January 9 to February 29.

It is hoped the posts are able to solve urgent matter

It was determined during a coordination meeting led by East Jakarta City Government Assistant, Eka Darmawan, Thursday (1/4). The meeting was attended by elements of KPU, Bawaslu, Kesbangpol, Resort Police, FKUB, political parties representatives and so on.

Eka Darmawan said that the posts are established for 52 days in order to monitor the implementation of the election stages, inventory, provide advice on solving problems and socialization.

"The facilities are prepared by general parties, Kesbangpol and Kominfotik Sub-Agency. The posts are also equipped with Wi-Fi," Eka said.

East Jakarta Kesbangpol Head, Handoko Murhestriarso, stated the posts will be established in 65 urban village offices, 10 sub-districts , and mayor office.

The operational hours for the posts are vary. Ranging from 8 AM - 2 PM for urban village, 8 AM - 3 PM for sub-district, and 8 AM - 7 PM for mayor office.

"It is hoped the posts are able to solve urgent matter," he closed.
